Our CNC forming services include precise bending and shaping of metal components using advanced 6-axis Prima Power CNC press brakes. Supported by 3D simulation software, each bending operation is prepared and tested digitally before production begins. This allows us to eliminate potential errors, optimize the bending sequence and ensure perfect dimensional accuracy.
We are able to process components with a bending length up to 3 meters, using press capacities of 175 t, 105 t, 50 t and 40 t, which provides flexibility for both heavy industrial components and smaller precision parts.
The combination of modern equipment, digital preparation and experienced operators allows us to achieve repeatable, high-precision results for single parts as well as larger production series.
